COVID-19 UPDATE: During this phase of the pandemic we are open Wednesday through Saturday.
We want to make this visit as safe as possible for you, the staff, and others so we ask that you follow these instructions.
Please do not book:
- if you have any COVID-19 symptoms. These may include fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, painful swallowing, stuffy or runny nose, loss of sense of smell, headache, muscle aches, fatigue and/or loss of appetite within 5 days of your appointment (fully vaccinated) or within 10 days of your appointment (not fully vaccinated);
- If you have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 10 days;
- If you have had close contact with anyone with COVID-19 symptoms or diagnosis within the last 10 days and you are not fully vaccinated
We ask that you complete the quick and easy online BC COVID-19 assessment tool within 24 hours of your appointment. You will also be screened upon arrival at the clinic.
Please maintain 6 feet/2 metre distance between yourself and others in the clinic when possible. and come alone unless you require assistance. (Note that it is physically impossible to maintain this distance between the acupuncturist and yourself during the treatment).
Please wear a good fitting mask to the clinic. We request you use sanitize your hands with 70% alcohol provided at the clinic upon entry. Our acupuncturist wears a mask at all times and sanitizes frequently.
We have temporarily changed our hours to suit a graduated “expanding bubble” and to minimize the number of people in common areas.
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL DUE TO COVID-19, you will NOT be charged a cancellation fee.
